Yes. We send a design preview and confirm the details with you before production starts.

Two matching funny figurines: one with a human portrait head and one with a pet portrait head, on the same character body design. Choose 10, 13 or 15 cm standing height for each figurine. Every size price covers the complete pair; there are no separate painting-finish tiers.

Human options refer to standing height: 15, 20, 25 or 30 cm. The measurement for a pet in your chosen pose is confirmed in the design preview.

Production usually takes 2–3 weeks after design approval, plus about 1 week for shipping. The overall time also depends on when photos and approvals are received.

Yes, worldwide shipping is free. Carrier schedules and customs can affect delivery estimates.

Email your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We review shipping damage and confirmed production errors and normally offer a free remake or replacement; a partial or full refund may be appropriate or required by law. Reporting later does not remove your statutory rights.

Email us within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund, provided physical production has not started. Physical production begins after design approval. After 48 hours or once production begins, we do not offer change-of-mind cancellations, returns or exchanges, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
